We are not legally obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will engage constructively with any complaint of substance brought to our attention. The Service contains links to external third-party websites. We have no control over the content of these external sites; therefore, we cannot assume any liability for their content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked at the time of linking for possible legal violations; no illegal content was apparent at that time. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages without specific indication of a violation is not reasonable. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove the relevant links immediately.
